    United Nations #2 1-1/2 cent Precancel with Inscription Tab Attached on Official UN Cover.  Guaranteed genuine as I am the original recipient.  Based on a UN notice in Linn's, as a teenager I sent in a peelable address label and I was surprised to receive this special cover.  I have never seen another cover like it with the inscription tab attached.  Cover is unsealed and I just wish that I had also saved the enclosure.  I've had generous offers over the years, but I am now in my 80s and I have to let it go.  Sorry, NO international bidders.
